Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Job Offer Road is a web tool for structured job search management. It lets you save vacancies, track applications, record hiring stages, store recruiter contacts, and keep interview outcomes and final decisions for each position. The platform helps you avoid losing important details, clearly see your progress, and manage your entire job search in one place.
No. Full JobOfferRoad functionality is available only to registered users after signing in. Without registration, only public pages are available (for example, "About Us" and "FAQ").
Go to the "My Job Search" page, then click the "+ New Job Search" button, enter the title of the position you are applying for and the details. You can only have one active search at a time.
Go to the "My Job Search" section, then click the "Apply to job" button in the upper left corner of the interface and fill in the information about the vacancy: select the company from the list, specify the position, add a link to the vacancy and enter the salary (desired or offered).
The system supports active and final statuses. Active: "Applied", "Interviewing", "Pending Result", "Offered". Final: "Accepted", "Rejected by Company", "Rejected by Candidate", "Vacancy Closed", "Ignored". For final statuses, you can also specify a final reason.
These are the stages of the hiring process: screening, interviews, security checks, waiting for the result, offer, etc. You can track the progress of each application in the "Selection Stages" section of the table.
When you receive an offer or complete your search, you can archive it. Archived searches are available in a separate section.
The system will automatically suggest archiving a search if there are accepted offers. You can enable/disable these reminders.
If you temporarily pause your search, you can set it to HOLD status. All applications will be frozen until resumed.
All data is encrypted and stored securely. We do not share your information with third parties.
A widget with key search metrics is already available on the "My Job Search" page, and a dedicated "Analytics" page is now available with expanded insights and recommendations. The AI report provides a summary, risk signals, positive signals, timeline insights, and practical next steps based on your applications.
AI Analytics works for an active Job Road. The number of calls depends on your account type. Each new run refreshes the report, and the latest version is saved and available the next time you open the analytics page. AI insights are recommendations and are not automated employment decisions.
The “vacancy snapshot” feature saves a structured copy of vacancy data from the source link: title, company, location, employment type, requirements, responsibilities, tech stack, and more. It helps you keep key details even if the original vacancy is later updated or removed on external websites.
The manual snapshot is useful when you do not want to parse the vacancy from a link or the page is private or unavailable for parsing. In this mode, you enter the main vacancy details yourself: title, company, employment type, level, description, and optionally requirements, responsibilities, and tech stack. It is a convenient way to save the job quickly without waiting for link parsing.
In the “CV vs Vacancy” section, the flow is:
1) paste a valid vacancy link;
2) click “Create vacancy snapshot” (the system parses the vacancy into a structured snapshot);
3) after a successful snapshot, choose one of your uploaded CVs;
4) run AI comparison.
The report includes: CV-to-vacancy match index, what already matches well, what to add to your CV, critical missing technologies, likely interview questions, and practical recommendations. Results are saved in your request history for later review.

This is a security requirement. A confirmed email helps verify that you are the account owner and protects your profile from unauthorized access recovery.
This feature will be available later.
