Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy
This policy describes what data we process, why we process it, and what rights you have regarding your personal data.

1. Data we process
- Account data (email, name, profile settings).
- Data you add in the service: vacancies, applications, hiring stages, contacts, notes, statuses.
- A vacancy snapshot can be used both in the "Job Search Tracker" area and in the "CV vs Vacancy" feature; depending on the scenario, it may include data from a vacancy link or data entered manually.
- For the "CV vs Vacancy" feature, we may also process the user resume uploaded in the personal account for comparison with the vacancy.
- For AI analytics, we may process active Job Road data (applications, stages, comments, and aggregated metrics).
2. Vacancy snapshot: link parsing and manual entry
- When a vacancy snapshot is created from a link, we may process vacancy page data to build a structured record.
- When you create a vacancy snapshot manually, we process the data you enter yourself: title, company, employment type, level, description, and optionally requirements, responsibilities, tech stack, and the vacancy link.
- All snapshot data are used to store and display the vacancy inside your account, and to support related service features such as resume comparison with the uploaded user CV.
- If you enter data related to third parties, you confirm that you have a legal basis to enter and store such information.
3. Processing purpose
- To provide service functionality and maintain platform operation.
- To generate AI analytics, summaries, risk signals, and recommendations for your job search.
- To improve stability, security, and user experience.
- Legal basis for AI processing: user consent provided when initiating AI analytics run.
4. AI processing and report retention
- AI analysis output is stored on the server as a report and shown as your latest available analytics report.
- For the "CV vs Vacancy" section, comparison outputs may also be stored in your analytics history for later review.
- AI reports are stored until the user account is deleted.
- The number of AI analysis runs depends on your account type.
- We do not use user data to train models within JobOfferRoad. Report generation uses Gemini API through technical integration, where processing may be subject to the provider policies.
5. Third-party sharing
- We do not sell users personal data.
- Sharing is possible only when required by law or for technical service operation (including Gemini API provider processing to generate reports).
6. Storage and security
- We apply technical and organizational safeguards to protect data.
- Data is stored as long as needed for service operation and legal obligations.
7. Your rights
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.
