1. Service purpose

  • JobOfferRoad provides tools to manage job search, applications, hiring stages, notes, related contacts, and job-search analytics.
  • A dedicated "CV vs Vacancy" section lets you compare an uploaded resume with a vacancy link by creating a vacancy snapshot and running AI matching.
  • A vacancy snapshot can be created either from a vacancy link or manually; the manual mode is available when link parsing is unavailable or unnecessary, and in that case you are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the data you enter.
  • Analytics includes static metrics and derived indicators based on your data, as well as integration with an AI agent to generate analytics reports.
  • Features may be updated, changed, or extended without separate notice.

2. AI analytics and usage limits

  • AI analytics is informational and recommendation-based and does not guarantee an offer or employment outcome.
  • AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, so final decisions remain the user responsibility.
  • AI analytics is not automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects for the user.
  • In the "CV vs Vacancy" section, the report may include a match index, strengths, critical missing technologies, interview preparation questions, and recommendations.
  • The number of AI analysis runs depends on your account type.
  • We may modify, temporarily restrict, or suspend AI functionality to ensure service stability and security.

3. User account

  • You are responsible for accurate account data and account access security.
  • You must not share account access with third parties or use other users accounts.

4. Acceptable use

  • You must not use the service for spam, attacks, abusive automation, or unlawful activity.
  • Any attempt to disrupt the service or gain unauthorized access is prohibited.

5. Limitation of liability

  • The service is provided on an "as is" basis without uptime guarantees.
  • The team is not liable for indirect damages related to use of the service.

6. Changes to terms

  • We may update these terms. The latest version is published on this page.
  • Continuing to use the service after updates means you accept the new terms.
